As promised, after closing our October raise to accelerate the platform and Subnet 121 we have added three new members to our dev team.

For those who have done their homework, you will see our new hires weren’t chosen by chance. Each of them has, at some point, worked with members of the existing team. Shipping products, sharing offices, and collaborating on different initiatives.

Our CEO often talks about how “Team is Everything.” Here, she has deliberately assembled a group with proven expertise, a high level of familiarity and trust, and the ability to hit the ground running.

The lineup:

Oliver Chesterman, Technical Lead:

Oliver is an experienced engineering leader with 15+ years building and scaling complex AI and full-stack systems across automation, intelligent workflows. He has led technical delivery for multiple enterprise-grade agent products, designing autonomous systems that execute complex business processes end-to-end.

TL;DR: Oliver turns sundae_bar’s vision into a working product by engineering the systems behind execution, monetization, and community governance.

Taylor Sudermann, Head of Product:

Taylor is an experienced product leader with a strong background in digital platforms, audience development, and user experience across technology, gaming, and consumer brands. She has led product strategy and execution for large-scale digital ecosystems, including community platforms, AI-driven tools, and creator-focused user journeys at Paidia Gaming, Red Bull Canada, and through her own consultancy.

TL;DR: Taylor connects sundae_bar’s long-term vision with practical product execution, ensuring the platform grows with clarity, usefulness, and user-first design

Ciprian Roman, Engineering Lead:

Ciprian is a hands-on engineering leader with 15+ years building large-scale machine learning platforms, distributed systems, and high-performance infrastructure. With deep experience across startups and enterprise environments, he has architected production systems powering analytics pipelines, real-time product recommendations, and user personalisation for clients across global markets.

TL;DR: Ciprian works on the core code behind our subnet, helping automate how evaluation signals are processed and used within the network’s reward layer.

Aran McKenna, Head of Design:

Aran is a product design leader with extensive experience creating and scaling AI, Web3, and digital platforms spanning fintech, SaaS, and emerging tech. He has led design for multiple enterprise-grade agent products, specialising in turning complex AI capabilities into intuitive, high-impact user experiences that deliver real-world value.

TL;DR: Aran leads the design vision for sundae_bar, shaping how people discover, use, and understand agents through clear, accessible interfaces.

Sebastien Berthiaume, Front-End Developer:

Sebastien is a front-end developer with extensive experience creating fast, scalable, and intuitive web interfaces powered by modern front-end frameworks. Drawing on experience in product development, UX engineering, performance optimization, and marketing strategy, he has delivered user-first interfaces for brands and organizations across industries that combine scalability and high performance.

TL;DR: Seb turns our product designs into responsive, high-performance web experiences across the entire sundae_bar platform.

Léo Mercier, Advisor:

Léo is a venture studio co-founder with deep expertise in decentralized systems, blockchain infrastructure, and AI-driven automation. With over a decade building and scaling products across Web3, gaming, and emerging tech, he has led cross-functional teams from concept to global launch. Since 2017, he has worked hands-on in blockchain architecture and validator operations across multinational environments, covering smart contracts, tokenomics, protocol design, and decentralized application development. His background also includes DeFi asset management, where he designed AI-powered yield strategies, along with applied AI automation across NLP and predictive systems.

TLDR; Léo advises sundae_bar on decentralized infrastructure and long-term technical strategy across blockchain and agent ecosystems.

This crew is now building both sides of our ecosystem: the sundae_bar marketplace and Subnet 121.

The marketplace is where businesses discover and hire agents; Subnet 121 is where those agents are created, tested, and benchmarked. Bringing those systems together is complex, and they are already aligning the technology, design, and infrastructure needed to make those worlds operate as a single, connected product.
