A Letter from the CEO: The Incentive Mechanism Is Live

Today is a big milestone for sundae_bar. SN121's incentive mechanism is now live on-chain.

I've been looking forward to writing those words for a long time.

Since launching SN121 in December, our team has been testing, learning, building and putting the final pieces in place to reach this point. I'm incredibly proud of what we've accomplished. This milestone isn't just important for SN121. It's an important building block for the business.

From day one, our goal has been to build the Enterprise AI Platform where businesses discover, deploy and manage AI through one simple interface. Everything we've built over the past six months has been about moving us closer to that goal.

We've been building two things in parallel: the commercial platform, which is live and generating revenue, and SN121, the engine that continuously improves it.

Since launching SN121, we've run ten enterprise challenges, received more than 1,683 miner submissions and distributed rewards directly through sundae_bar. Every challenge taught us how enterprise capabilities should be evaluated, what produced meaningful improvements and what needed to change before we were ready to scale.

Eight weeks ago, we paused SN121 challenges so we could focus entirely on building the infrastructure needed to scale.

We developed a fully autonomous evaluation system powered by a seven-agent pipeline that automatically generates, validates and stress-tests enterprise challenges before they're released. Human checkpoints remain where they add value, but evaluation now scales without manual review and measures real capability, not just benchmark scores.

At the same time, we connected that evaluation framework directly to Bittensor's native incentive mechanism.

Today, that work is live.

Every enterprise challenge is built around a real business capability we want to add to the platform. Developers from around the world compete to build it. The validator evaluates every submission and writes the results on-chain. Continuous emissions are awarded to the highest-performing miner. Winning capabilities become part of the platform, making it more valuable for every customer.

This is why today's announcement matters.

Every SN121 challenge makes the platform stronger. Because of SN121, we're building a platform that becomes more capable over time. It allows us to improve faster, solve more customer problems and create more value for every business using the platform.

Today's milestone doesn't change where we're going.

It gives us a stronger foundation to get there.

Now we get to light it up.

We'll reopen enterprise challenges, build more enterprise capabilities and continue deploying those improvements through the sundae_bar platform.
